About Me

I am a 30-year-old woman currently residing in Rochester, Minnesota.  I graduated from Winona State University in December 2007 with my master's degree in Counselor Education - Community Counseling.

I previously graduated in May 2002 with degrees in mass communications and music, providing a diverse area of knowledge from which to draw upon in both my counseling work and my presentations.

Through the course of her graduate work, I worked as a grad assistant, teaching the undergraduate course "Emotions and Behavior" at WSU.  I also helped develop the syllabus and course materials for a brand new Residential College course "Explorations: Career and Life Decisions" aimed at incoming freshmen.

I am currently teaching Stress Management as adjunct faculty through Winona State.
